1. CONTEST ORGANIZER:
The contest is organized by ATLÉTICO USA CORP (hereinafter referred to as «the Organizer»), a nonprofit organization.

2. PARTICIPATION PERIOD:
The «Grand Contest Atlético Miami» is sponsored by ATLÉTICO USA CORP (hereinafter, the «Sponsor»). The participation period begins at 12:00:00 AM (EST) on December 15, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 PM (EST) on May 30, 2025 (the «Participation Period»).

3. ELIGIBILITY:
The contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, agents, representatives, subsidiaries, or affiliates of the Sponsor, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sponsor may verify eligibility at any time and will make final decisions on it.

4. PARTICIPANTS:
All individuals 18 years or older residing in the United States may participate. Employees of ATLÉTICO USA CORP, their direct relatives, and any person professionally linked to the contest are excluded.

5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Eligible participants can enter in the following ways:

Method 1: Purchase a ticket from one of the authorized sellers and complete all required information.

Method 2:

Please provide proof of identity and address by submitting a handwritten postcard or letter in a standard-size stamped envelope to [Company Address].

The submission must include the following information:

• Participant’s Name
• Phone Number
• Mailing Address
• Email Address
• Address and Identity proof
  

6. CONTEST MECHANICS:
To enter, participants must:
Purchase a ticket from any of our sellers or use the alternative method to participate as described in point number 5.
Follow ATLÉTICO USA CORP’s official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook).
Use the official contest hashtag: #AtleticoUSAChallenge.

7. CONTEST DURATION:
The contest begins at 12:00:00 AM (EST) on December 15, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 PM (EST) on May 30, 2025.

8. WINNER SELECTION:
A panel designated by ATLÉTICO USA CORP will select the winner via a live Grand Contest Atlético Miami on May 31, 2025.
The winner will be announced on May 31, 2025, through our official social media accounts.

9. PRIZES:

1st Prize: A brand-new car (0 miles).
2nd Prize: A weekend getaway to Disney.
3rd Prize: Four tickets to an Inter Miami home game.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be contacted via email or phone call on May, 31st/2025 . If the winner does not respond within 15 calendar days, another participant will be selected.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES:
By entering the contest, participants agree to these rules and authorize the use of their name, image, and submitted content for promotional purposes by ATLÉTICO USA CORP without additional compensation.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest in cases of force majeure or any circumstance beyond its control.

13. DATA PROTECTION:
Personal data collected will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy and will only be used to manage the contest.

Important Information

• For participants aged 18 and older and US Residents only.
• The prize is non-transferable and valued at no more than $25,000.
• A 1099 form will be issued to the winner for tax purposes.
